Returns and Warranty (RMA)
If you wish to return or exchange a product you purchased from Laptop Solutions, you will need to take it to Store. Please note our Store hours and our return and exchange policies before making your trip to avoid any inconvenience.
Bring the defective item to our Store within 30 day of purchase, for exchange with same item. After 30 Day period the defective item need to return to Mfg. for repair or replacement.
If the product is deemed to be defective, you will be provided warranty service based on our policies.
